Job Title: Junior Sponsorship Sales Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

Location: Hybrid

Award-winning B2B events business seeks a highly talented, degree-educated graduate with approximately 6-12 months of B2B sales or client-facing experience. You will be joining as a Junior Sponsorship Sales Manager.

Role Overview
  • Sell bespoke sponsorship opportunities to clients globally within the lucrative transport market.
  • Generate new business, increase pipeline, and acquire new prospects.
  • Manage existing accounts and sell high-value sponsorships.
  • Pitch clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Attend competitor events.
  • Engage in consultative, creative, and solution-led selling approaches.
Candidate Profile
  • 6-12 months+ in B2B sales, ideally in conferences, recruitment, media, or tech sales.
  • Strong desire to sell and achieve revenue targets.
  • Degree educated, preferably from a leading university.
