The Junior Sous / Sous Chef will work alongside the line chefs to ensure every dish is prepared to our high standards. The role is a leadership role but still requires you to be hands-on, perfect for someone who still loves cooking but wants to develop their leadership skills.
With such a large kitchen team, you can focus on each aspect of the role: when on your section, focus on food quality and training; when on Pass, lead the team through great service.
