Heartwood Collection is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our Reading kitchen team. You will contribute to delivering fresh, seasonal dishes across multiple sections and help train junior chefs to uphold our quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience or progression in a service setting with advanced knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work multiple sections in kitchen, follow recipes and demonstrate this to other chefs.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, fresh food and training to chefs.
