The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a growing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others achieve their best while maintaining high standards
• Managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coaching team members
• Understanding food, health and safety standards, and managing kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drivers and needs
