About the Role

As a Junior Sous Chef in our Pizzeria, you'll oversee daily operations, lead your team, and assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with managerial duties.

Your responsibilities include setting production levels, monitoring goods received, ensuring quality standards, managing administration and production systems like SAP, and controlling stock levels to minimize waste. You will also uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.

About You

You should have hospitality experience, preferably in a prestigious pizzeria or high-end Italian restaurant, at Junior Sous Chef level or above. A passion for food and drink, expertise in making various pizza doughs, and experience with traditional wood-fired ovens are essential.

Strong time-management, customer focus, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, leadership ability, and good PC skills (Word, Excel, SAP) are required.
