COREcruitment is partnering with a growing premium casual restaurant group in central London to recruit a Junior Sous Chef ready to step up. The role features a 45-hour week, a brigade of 15-20 chefs, and a genuine pathway to the Sous Chef role with ongoing support.

You will manage ordering, stock control, rotas, and food safety in a high-volume, fresh-food environment, with on-site training and a three-month structured development plan. A dynamic, inclusive culture and career growth await.

Responsibilities

• Support the sous chef in leading the kitchen team.

• Help develop the brigade, including CDPs.
