Job summary

Smyth & Co, a renowned fine dining restaurant in London, is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join a talented kitchen team. The role offers a strong salary (£52,000–£55,000 per year) and a pattern of four double shifts per week with three days off.

You will support senior chefs, lead during services, and help develop junior staff while maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen organization.

The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you will:

Package
