The role offers progression within an established group, with high‑volume, fresh-food menus and open kitchen service seven days a week, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team across all sections.

• Manage ordering, stock control, food safety, and compliance.
• Drive team development, training, and performance.
• Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
