Padella Shoreditch is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support our busy kitchen, lead by example, and help nurture a friendly team. You’ll work with fresh pasta, contribute to daily specials, and help maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

We offer strong development, with WSET training included for junior chefs, extensive training in coffee and supplier trips in the UK and Italy, plus a benefits program including referral bonuses, meals, staff discount, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Junior Sous Chef role requiring hands-on kitchen experience and leadership skills.
