Cosy Club Stratford is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will cook fresh meals in high volumes, lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence, and collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes.
• Ideally mixed branded and independent background.
• Able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.
• Able to communicate with all team members up and down ladder and cement strong FOH & BOH relationship.

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £17.00 and £18.00 per hour

• Hourly rate of £14.00 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £3 - £4 per hour
