Qualifications

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef.
  • Good chef/kitchen skills including food prep and hygiene practices.
  • Strong knowledge of allergens and kitchen essentials.

Responsibilities

  • Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
  • Ensure food prep is done and dishes are made to specification.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef!

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

You'll be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring the prep is done for each day and making each dish to specification.

What You'll Bring
  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
  • You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
