Job summary

Searcys is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at the London venue. The role is primarily Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends, supporting the Executive and Head Chef to deliver outstanding service and menu execution across multiple events.

You will lead and mentor junior staff, maintain high standards of food quality, and adapt to a dynamic event schedule across various floors. Base salary ranges from £38,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience.
