Job summary

The Junior Sous Chef role at The Royal College of Surgeons in London is a key support to the Executive and Head Chef, ensuring day-to-day service runs smoothly across multiple events and floors. The position emphasizes mentoring the junior team and delivering high-end, exceptional quality food.

Searcys are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at The Royal College of Surgeons.As a Junior Sous Chefyou will be required to deliver food that creates lasting memories. You will not only support the Executive/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue but also support the kitchen brigade.

The View is a stunning venue located at the heart of The Royal College of Surgeons of England, founded in 1800 by Royal Charter and serves as the professional home of surgery in both England and worldwide.

The View is open for hire to host various events such as meetings, conferences and weddings. It boasts spectacular views of London and includes a spacious outdoor terrace for guests to enjoy during the summer season.
