Job summary

The Connaught Banqueting Kitchen team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel is seeking a talented and passionate full-time Junior Sous Chef. You will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef and play a key role in delivering quality dishes and products in a high-profile kitchen.

You will train and develop more junior chefs, prioritise effectively, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while maintaining a calm, elegant presence in a luxury

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef and hold a key role in day to day operation of the Jean-Georges kitchen. You will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, sharing your knowledge and supporting in the training and development more junior Chefs in the brigade.
