Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a busy country hotel in the UK. You will work alongside the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and team to assist with daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food and guest experience.

You will cover gaps in sections, run the pass, and help train junior staff while enjoying potential for a 4 day week and staff tips. Live-in options and meals on duty may be available; legal eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Description du poste

This awesome country hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team. The hotel opened last year and has won lots of national awards for the standard of the food and guest experiences.

Junior Sous Chef is required to work alongside the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef and the team, assisting with the daily running of the kitchen.

As Junior Sous you will be in the centre of the action, helping to cover any gaps in sections, running the pass, helping to train and motivate juniors.

This is a busy property with consistent numbers which makes planning easier but crucial

We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well.

Location

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter or Derby area with their own transport but live in is available if required

Base Salary from £32,000

Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)
