Job summary

wagamama in Watford is seeking a junior sous chef to help lead day-to-day kitchen operations and support the shifts. You’ll work closely with the management team to maintain high standards and ensure dishes are made to order with care.

You will coach and develop the kitchen crew, maintaining food safety, quality, and cost awareness while fostering a positive team culture. This is a full-time role with strong growth potential.
