• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
• Confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Keen to develop their skills and progress within their culinary career.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service.
• Prepare, cook and present food to high standards.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries and rotation.
• Ensure hygiene and health and safety standards are met.
• Support training and development of junior team members.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and prepared for service.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver a great guest experience.
