The role involves working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, supervising kitchen staff, assisting with preparation and cooking, and ensuring food hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator and team player.
• Proven experience as a Chef-de-Partie or similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and passion for cooking.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Assist with the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are followed.
• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
