The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping them excel while maintaining high standards
• Managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coaching team members on the go
• Understanding food safety, health, and safety standards, and managing kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
