Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food service and offerings.
• Create a positive kitchen environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
• Support the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to customers.
• Represent CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Support the team to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards and Health and Safety regulations.
