Job summary

CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You will prepare and serve exceptional food that delights clients and customers, within a market-leading food service company in the UK.

You'll have access to extensive training and development, life assurance, wellbeing support, and opportunities to grow with a diverse team across CH&CO.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Food Hygiene certificate held.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listen to customer feedback to improve food services.
• Assist with creation of new menus and concepts.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
