Barons Pub Co in the United Kingdom seeks a Junior Sous Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will manage a team of up to 6 chefs/KPs, ensuring dishes are produced to company standards and timelines, while supporting a busy pub operation.

You will lead with calm under pressure, contribute to menu development, and work closely with the Head Chef to maintain quality, portion control and presentation across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume kitchens.
• Proven ability to manage teams of up to 6 chefs/KPs.
• Ability to lead calmly under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and develop kitchen teams.
• Assist Head Chef in ensuring food quality and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen professional, profitable, efficient and compliant.
