• Lead the kitchen alongside Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Help deliver seasonal, locally sourced food made from scratch.
• Maintain high food quality and kitchen standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the team.
• Ensure smooth service and contribute ideas to menu development.
• Create a positive, collaborative working environment.
