• Solid leadership and mentoring qualities.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-level fresh food establishments or Rosette kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Be innovative and committed with a deep passion for elite food, immaculate presentation, and flawless service.
• Maintain high quality and consistency across your section with a professional “can do” attitude.
• Background in fast-paced, high-level fresh food establishments or Rosette kitchens.
• Work within a highly decorated kitchen delivering the highest level of food daily.
• Manage and run sections effectively while supporting the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
