The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Willing to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Understanding of food, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
