The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal candidate:

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team while maintaining high standards
• Prepared to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
• Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and familiar with kitchen financials such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
