Hickory's Smokehouse in Cambridge is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and mentor the team. You will lead and train staff to deliver authentic Southern-style BBQ and fresh dishes, contributing to a high-energy brigade and ongoing development through our award-winning Training Academy.
