Hickory's Smokehouse in the UK is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead our busy BBQ kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and work toward becoming Head Chef themselves. You will guide a dedicated brigade to deliver our authentic, fresh BBQ menu in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef with experience in a busy kitchen.
