Salary: £15.76 an hour + Service Charge (39 Hours a week)

A Banqueting Junior Sous Chef is responsible for contributing to menu creation, managing and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, and managing food cost controls.

What will I be doing?

As a Banqueting Junior Sous Chef, you will contribute to menu creation, manage and train the kitchen team, ensure consistent quality of dishes, manage customer relations when necessary, and oversee resource management through effective rota planning. You will support brand standards through team training and assessment, control food costs to contribute to revenue, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
