Responsibilities

• The development, supervision and preparation of all bakery items within Claridge’s Hotel
• Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
• The development and ongoing learning of Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties, Commis Baker and Apprentice chefs.
• Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
• Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control.

Claridge’s Bakery brings classic British baking to Mayfair. As a part of the team in Claridge’s Bakery, you will shape each creation with a dedication that blends tradition and artistry. From freshly baked sourdough bloomers to tarts and pastries, it is a place where skill meets passion.

As a Junior Sous Chef - Bakeryou will be responsible for:
