The Inn Collection Group in Cleveland is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring every dish mirrors our high standards and uses fresh ingredients.

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring every dish reflects our high standards and showcases the best of fresh, quality ingredients. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll assist in maintaining consistency and excellence across all areas of the kitchen.
Your role combines hands‑on cooking with supporting the team, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, staying calm under pressure and meeting deadlines with precision. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build great relationships with colleagues across the kitchen, front‑of‑house, and management teams.
In addition to cooking, you’ll assist with operational tasks such as stock control, supplier orders, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. You’ll step up to help lead the team when required, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
