Job summary

wagamama in Watford is seeking a junior sous chef to support shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring dishes are made to order and held to high standards.

You will lead on the line, plan shifts for adequate cover, uphold food safety and health standards, understand gross profit and labour cost, and help the team grow with Coaching and Kaizen mindset.
