The Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and help shape a premium dining experience across all catering outlets.
Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, this full-time role requires coordinating services across multiple sites, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating on innovative menus while maintaining HACCP and food safety standards.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef and play a key role in shaping an innovative, premium dining experience across all RSC catering outlets.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 48 hours per week, over 5 days. The usual hours are 9am–7pm although the role will include some evening and weekend work with very few late finishes and currently no Sunday working.
