Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen operations across multiple venues. You will lead a section, prepare high-quality dishes, and rotate through garnish, larder, hot, or pastry while working under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef.
The role involves working 48 hours over 5 days with usual hours 9am–7pm, some evenings and weekends, and no Sunday shifts currently.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to help create exceptional food across our venues. You'll prepare high-quality dishes and develop your experience by running and rotating on kitchen sections — garnish, larder, hot, or pastry.
Working under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef, you will prepare, bake and create food from scratch using fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. You'll have the opportunity to prepare food for our cafes, Rooftop Restaurant, Riverside Terrace and support with food for press nights, private events, and Artistic Director's annual dinner.
This role is offered as a full time, permanent position, based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 48 hours over 5 days. The usual working hours are 9am–7pm although the role will include some evening and weekend work with very few late finishes and currently no Sunday working.
