Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que Junior Sous Chef ou Chef expérimenté.
• Compétences en cuisine (préparation des aliments, nettoyage, techniques de coupe).
• Bonne connaissance des réglementations sur les allergènes et la sécurité alimentaire.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir le Chef et le Sous Chef dans la préparation des plats.
• Assurer la préparation des ingrédients frais pour chaque service.

What you'll bring:

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
• You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
