Job summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our Canary Wharf kitchen team. You’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and help drive menu ideas and team development.

This role offers a 40-hour week with a Monday to Friday schedule, a competitive hourly rate, and a collaborative, professional environment designed for growth and career progression within our busy, world-class dining operation.

Junior Sous Chef – Canary Wharf

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and play a key role in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Position Details

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (great work-life balance – no weekends!)

• Pay: £19.47 per hour

• Team Size: 19 kitchen professionals

About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while contributing to menu development and team leadership.
