Job summary

Turtle Bay Derby is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant Caribbean kitchen. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef across service, ensuring flavours are delivered with care and soul.

You'll gain hands-on experience managing service, supporting kitchen operations and mentoring a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

We’re on the lookout for a warm, passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Turtle Bay in Derby.
