Job summary

Turtle Bay in the United Kingdom is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant Caribbean kitchen and beach bar team. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, helping deliver vibrant Caribbean flavours on every service.

You’ll learn to manage service, assist with kitchen operations, and develop leadership skills as you progress towards a senior role. We offer training, growth opportunities and a welcoming, inclusive workplace.

As a Junior Sous Chef at Turtle Bay, you’ll be stepping into a key role in the kitchen team – supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering incredible Caribbean flavours, every single shift.
