Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que Chef Junior Sous ou Chef expérimenté souhaitant progresser.
• Compétences en préparation alimentaire et bonnes pratiques d'hygiène.
• Motivation à travailler rapidement avec supervision limitée.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir le Chef et le Sous-Chef pour assurer la préparation quotidienne.
• S'assurer que chaque plat est préparé selon les spécifications.

What you'll bring:

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
• You ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and can demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices.
