EGO - Ackworth, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, staff development and guest satisfaction. You will run a kitchen section, guide a small team and help your peers to deliver consistent quality across every service in a vibrant premium pub environment.

• Support and coach chefs in the team to run efficient service

• Assist with stock control and ordering to ensure readiness for service
