Job summary

Creditsafe in Cardiff is recruiting a Junior Solutions Consultant to join our Strategic Account Success team. You will support senior consultants in implementing bespoke solutions for enterprise clients and learn to act as a subject matter expert for APIs, integrations, and file deliveries.

You will build and test solutions using Python, S3, and automation platforms, gain exposure to SOAP/REST APIs, SFTP file systems, and cloud tools, while delivering day-to-day support under supervision.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable ability to write clean and efficient code (Python preferred).
• Knowledge of APIs, file transfer systems, and databases (academic or personal project experience welcomed).
• Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn how to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• A curiosity for business data and credit reporting, with a proactive approach to self-learning.
• Ability to plan work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in client discovery sessions, helping to capture business requirements and technical use cases.
