Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking a motivated Junior Solution Architect to join our consulting and delivery team. You will work with experienced architects to understand client requirements, contribute to solution design, and help deliver scalable, secure technology solutions across projects.

The role offers the opportunity to progress into senior architecture and consulting with exposure to cloud, security, and DevOps practices in a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a software development, engineering, infrastructure, or technical role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and application development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Git, and modern development practices.
• Understanding of at least one programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior architects in designing end-to-end technology solutions.
• Liaise with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to understand requirements.
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
• Research technologies and provide recommendations based on project requirements.
• Support technical assessments, estimates, and solution planning.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Work with engineering, cloud, security, and DevOps teams throughout project delivery.
• Develop an understanding of architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Support senior architects in presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Role:

• Exposure to Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or API gateways.
• Understanding of security, networking, scalability, and system performance.
• Cloud or architecture certifications.
