Job summary

Creditsafe is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Cardiff team in a hybrid role (50% office). You will work from the Strategic Account Success team, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sale through successful delivery, translating requirements into technical solutions, and designing integrations.

You’ll own projects, collaborate with colleagues, and help optimise client outcomes with innovative automation.

Qualifications

• Strong coding ability in Python with automation, data pipelines or integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP and cloud storage.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects independently, from scoping to delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing discussions.
• A proactive approach to problem solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into documented technical specifications.
• Design, build, and deliver bespoke solutions using Python, automation tools, and cloud storage such as S3.
• Lead technical implementations, including API integrations, SFTP file delivery, and workflow automation.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, advising on solution design and feasibility.
• Review existing client implementations, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.
• Contribute to technical best practice documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the Business Analyst and other team members to drive successful client outcomes.

We are currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to work in our Cardiff team, this role will work within the Strategic Account team.

About the Opportunity

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients, from pre-sale through to successful delivery. You will take ownership of your own projects, translating client requirements into technical solutions, designing and implementing integrations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert and collaborate closely with colleagues across Creditsafe.
