Job summary

Sysdoc, a global consultancy in the UK, is seeking a Change Management professional on a fixed-term contract up to March 2027. The role involves delivering end-to-end change management across client projects, with three days+ in person and travel within the UK and abroad where required.

You will work within our Change Management practice, collaborating with a wider team, identifying risks, producing client reports, and ensuring smooth transition of deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in a delivery/consultancy role.
• Familiarity with the full change management lifecycle.
• Experience producing client reports and communications.
• ERP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end change management across a range of clients.
• Support the wider team on client work.
• Identify issues and risks, escalate when appropriate.
• Ensure smooth transitions of deliverables to the client.
• Produce clear client correspondence and reports.

• Salary banding: Upwards of £45k pa depending on experience
• Reporting to: Customer Project Lead
• Requirements: 3 days+ in person. Travel abroad and across the UK may also be required

Requirements

This role works on assignments across our full spectrum of clients managing own delivery of specific inputs. Demonstrates the core level of skills, tools and techniques required, able to work autonomously.

The key requirements of this role will sit within Change Management, however as a business we also provide services within Process and Learning, and our consultants may operate in all areas.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Delivering end to end change management principles across a range of clients, familiar with the full lifecycle of projects
• Supporting the wider team on client work
• Identifying issues and risks, looking for resolution and escalating when appropriate
• Ensuring effective transition of deliverables to the client
• Producing clear client correspondence and reports, selecting the most appropriate style to achieve desired outcomes

Must have knowledge and experience:

• 2 years + in a position
• Project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, strategy development, influencing and intervention planning
• Good written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Certification in change management = advantageous
• ERP experience = advantageous
