Description
Are you passionate about Agile practices and eager to build your career in software delivery and programme coordination? We're looking for a Junior Software Release Coordinator, internally known as Associate Release Train Engineer (RTE), to join our dynamic delivery team, supporting the smooth operation of our Agile Release Train (ART). This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful healthcare software that supports real change in people's lives.
As an Associate RTE at System C, you'll begin your journey by learning from experienced professionals and gradually take ownership of key ART ceremonies and release management activities. You'll help facilitate programme-level planning (Program Increment or PI Planning), support teams to stay aligned with goals, and track progress using tools like Jira and Confluence. Over time, you'll build confidence and competence to independently lead ART-wide events and manage cross-team coordination.
You'll work closely with senior RTEs, development and product teams, testers, and business stakeholders. From managing dependencies and mitigating risks, to maintaining clear release documentation and championing Agile practices, your role will be central to ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic about continuous improvement, and ready to dive into Agile methodologies. If you're someone who enjoys connecting teams, promoting transparency, and thrives in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
