Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of social media marketing, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Canva and scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Curiosity about AI and ability to think critically.
• Proactive and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Appreciate that social media is a commercial tool.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.
• Follow content calendars and keep accounts active year-round.
• Design graphics and carousels in Canva per brand guidelines.
• Write energetic captions to drive registrations and inquiries.
• Produce exhibitor, speaker, sponsor and partner spotlight posts.
• Manage drafts, scheduling, and publishing through Hootsuite.
• Assist with editing short-form video content.
• Use Claude to improve workflows; ensure AI outputs are accurate.
• Monitor metrics and report weekly performance.
• Suggest ideas to grow followers and engagement.
• Check captions, links and tags for quality before publishing.
