• Some experience in video and design content production and workflows.
• Experience in a project support role within a busy media team is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written English and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of event-related media projects under the Video, Creative and Digital teams.
• Contribute to briefing meetings and ensure information is shared between teams.
• Coordinate video and design content for large-scale in-person events.
• Quality-check written content for accuracy and consistency.
• May support projects onsite and outside normal office hours when deadlines require it.
