Job summary

Arm is seeking an IT operations/DevOps-focused professional for a 6–12 month contract in Manchester. The role involves routine deployments, patching, and access requests, with automation work and on-call exposure.

You will follow documented procedures and collaborate with senior colleagues to improve scripts and dashboards. Essential qualifications include a degree or equivalent, Linux and networking basics, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in a technical subject, or demonstrable practical experience through projects, apprenticeships or internships.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, networking and at least one scripting or programming language.
• Clear communication and a willingness to ask for help early.
