Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications Service Management team in Belfast. You’ll enter a structured training pathway with mentoring from experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience on real client projects while working on the ServiceNow platform.

No prior ServiceNow experience is required. You will learn ITSM best practices, REST APIs, and platform development, with opportunities for professional certifications and career progression

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, OR demonstrable technical aptitude gained through projects, apprenticeships, bootcamps, or self-directed learning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for technology and continuous learning
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform
  • Assist in maintaining platform stability, performance, and usability
  • Help investigate and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Contribute to software releases, platform improvements, and new functionality
  • Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering activities
  • Support the creation of technical documentation and user stories
  • Learn best practices in platform administration, development, and governance
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams on enterprise-scale programmes
  • Continuously expand your technical knowledge through training and certifications

What You'll Learn
