Job summary

Version 1 is seeking ambitious, early-career technologists to join our Enterprise Applications Service Management team as Junior ServiceNow Developers. No prior ServiceNow experience is required; enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a long-term consulting career are what matter.

From day one, you’ll receive structured training, mentoring from experienced consultants, and hands-on experience on real client projects. You’ll develop across ITSM, API integrations, scripting, and platform governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/SE/IT or demonstrable technical aptitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform
• Assist in maintaining platform stability, performance, and usability
• Help investigate and resolve incidents and service requests
• Contribute to software releases, platform improvements, and new functionality
• Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering activities
• Support the creation of technical documentation and user stories
• Learn best practices in platform administration, development, and governance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams on enterprise-scale programmes
• Continuously expand your technical knowledge through training and certifications

What You'll Learn

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, OR demonstrable technical aptitude gained through projects, apprenticeships, bootcamps, or self-directed learning

• Genuine enthusiasm for technology and continuous learning
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

You will have:

• Exposure to Service Desk or ITSM platforms

• Previous internship, placement year, apprenticeship, or technical project experience
• Awareness of Agile delivery practices
